Making a Will ensures that your final wishes are made clear. Having a Will in place should minimise any further stress for those close to you at an already difficult time.

What if I do not write a Will?

If you pass away before writing a Will, then everything you leave behind will be divided according to the rules of intestacy. In essence, this means that your estate will be divided amongst your closest surviving relatives and not based on your personal wishes. The intestacy rules can produce unexpected results and your loved ones, friends or charities may not benefit as you perhaps intended.  This could cause unnecessary complications and stress during an emotional time.

How much does a Will cost?
