Fixed Fee Grant of Probate/Letters of Administration

Fixed Fee Grant of Probate /Letters of Administration

Probate can seem complex and daunting but our expert team can talk you through the various options.

If you require ONLY a Grant of Probate (where there is a Will) or Letters of Administration (where there is no Will) then we can prepare the relevant documents and make the application on your behalf. Once granted, the documents are then passed to the Executor to administer without our involvement.

We are also able to offer a fully packaged service, including full Estate Administration – see HERE

Why choose fixed fee?

Predictable costs: You will know the total cost upfront, so there are no nasty surprises.

Transparency: You will be clear about what is included in the fixed fee and what additional charges may apply.

Convenience: You can get everything done in one place, without having to deal with multiple solicitors.
