Hayley has worked in this area of law for many years. She has a particular interest in dealing with the administration of estates. Hayley has worked on a wide variety of complex cases, including some notably high value estates. She regularly provides advice to clients regarding Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney and loves meeting and helping new and existing clients alike. Before joining Futurity Wills and Estates, Hayley headed up the Probate and Estate team at a local Hampshire firm.

Bachelor of Laws Degree – Southampton University
Legal Practice Course – College of Law, Guildford
Memberships
Hayley is a full accredited member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers and a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), – qualifications which are only granted to those with proven expertise. She is also a Dementia Friend and would encourage others to also join this initiative.

Nadine qualified as a Solicitor in 2019. She discovered her passion for private client work when she first worked as a paralegal in 2014. Nadine has worked on a wide variety of technical drafting matters. She regularly provides advice to clients regarding Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney and is known for her ability to make clients feel at ease and comfortable even in tough situations. Before joining Futurity Wills and Estates, Nadine worked in a local Hampshire based firm in Petersfield.

Nadine is a member of the Law Society and is also a Dementia Friend, enabling her to understand the challenges those with dementia may have.
